Hydraulic wear rings or guide rings are made using PFC-1 cloth reinforced Phenolic resin. This thermoset resin impregnated reinforcing material features high mechanical and electrical insulating properties, high temperature resistance, high load bearing capacity, good wear resistance, and high impact resistance. This makes them ideally suitable for use in both piston and rod applications. According to different application needs, wear rings are provided in butt cut, angle cut, and step cut styles.
